I first heard this song as part of a trailer for the game Bayonetta. I then heard it at the rock climbing gym. Now it has a spot in my workout warm up list.

What do we do now – Dating Book Commercials
If I have not already pushed this podcast on you, then now is a good time to check it out. Keith and the girl is the best comedy podcast in the world. In fact since the term podcast is a terrestrial term, one could argue that by default they have the best podcast in the universe!
Anyways, back to my point. KATG (short for Keith and the Girl) has been a voice of reason in my life for a good 5 years now. With 5 shows a week, they provide comedy, entertainment, news and best of all advice to thousands of listeners daily. So why am I so excited today more than usual?
They have a katg dating book coming out March first, and having pre-ordered it I can hardly wait. I stumbled upon the commercials last night that they prepped for the books release and they are GREAT!
One should note that this book is not the “how do I find the love of my life” type of dating book. This book answers common questions/problems people run into with relationships in an honest, very funny fashion.

Best of Pandora – February 9th 2010
So you can blame Chelsey for my latest Pandora Channel. Thanks to her recommendation of “Flo Rida” as a start for the channel, I now have the likes of Jay-z, 50 Cent and Pit Bull blasting.

My Superbowl 44 Commercial Summary and Highlights
Superbowl 44 has come and gone. In order to add some extra entertainment to the event I cracked open my wordpress and took a few notes about the commercials. The notes are quick and disjointed, and that is what you get from this format of blogging =).
My two favorite commercial moments are the first two videos embeded in the post. First the intro by Jay Z was AWESOME, and secondly the “man’s last stand” was REALLY dead on. Great job this year marketing peeps!
First though, which commercials worked on me the most?
Audi A3 TDI commercial (cause that car is hot), and the Charger commercial (because of the hook).

Awesome Friends Rant
A good female friend of mine sent me a random “what are you up to” chatty message the other day. I figured this meant she was bored, so we proceeded to back and forth about our day. When I asked “how was your day” she answered with this fantastic rant
i’m so busy…it’s horrible. got my oil changed monday and now it’s leaking like CRAZY- aka by morning i may have no oil in it at all, and i’m supposed to go in to work in the morning but now i will have to go the opposite direction back to the place where i got the oil changed which is near school (where i will be at 6pm tomorrow, but again, the oil will be gone by then) and have to try to get my boss to let me come in late and still leave on time b/c then ih ave to go home and read for the class that i have at 6pm and then i have to leave at least an hour and 15 minutes before i have to be there (so by 4.45) b/c i have to take backroads all the way to school due to traffic on all the freeways at that time of day……
fucking car. fucking oil change. fucking idiots.
FANTASTIC!
Seriously her rant was so awesome. What made it even better was that her next message was /rant off.
Ah, the friends I have are awesome.

Learning from a bad day of climbing
We all have them, bad days. A bad say SUCKS and can quickly roll from bad to horrible.
One of the most frustrating things for me can be when I have a bad day of climbing. Climbing requires such a level of mental concentration that if you are in the wrong mindset a simple move can seem impossible.
